Where we deliver
CompStore currently ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery availability and timelines may vary based on your location.
When you can expect your order
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3–5 days
Metro Cities
Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata
5–7 days
Tier 2 Cities
7–10 days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, natural disasters, or public holidays.
How shipping costs are calculated
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the order value, weight, and delivery location. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly indicated on the product or checkout page.
Track your shipment
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. You can also track your order from your CompStore account under "My Orders".
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or process a refund.
What to do if something goes wrong
If you receive a damaged package or your shipment is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
