• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement will apply.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
• We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods available at checkout.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been confirmed.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the return policy attached to each product and our Refund & Return Policy. Not all products are eligible for returns.

13. Wholesale / Dealer Partner Programme

CompStore operates a dealer partner programme for authorised business partners ("Partners"). The following terms apply in addition to the general terms above:

• Access to the partner portal and wholesale catalogue is subject to prior registration and explicit approval by CompStore. CompStore reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke partner status at its sole discretion.
• Partners must provide a valid GSTIN at the time of registration. Any change in GST registration must be communicated promptly.
• Wholesale orders are placed through a quotation system. A submitted quotation constitutes a formal offer to purchase. Quotations are not binding on CompStore until explicitly approved.
• Pricing displayed in the partner portal is based on the price list assigned to the partner account. CompStore may update price lists at any time; the price applicable at the time of quotation approval governs the transaction.
• Partners may not share, resell, or redistribute access to the partner portal, wholesale catalogue, or custom pricing to third parties.
• All other provisions of these Terms & Conditions — including payment, shipping, returns, intellectual property, and governing law — apply equally to partner transactions unless explicitly superseded by a separate written agreement.
